You must provide link2bet with your name, social security number, email address, phone number, driver's license, age and information regarding residency and associated mailing address.

The entire process takes roughly 5 minutes.

How do I deposit money into my wagering account?

Deposits may be made either online or through the mail.

How much does it cost to place a wager?

While many of our competitors charge you for each and every wager you place, link2bet does not charge its customers for placing wagers.

When can I bet on races?

You are able to wager directly into track pools beginning at 9am EST up until post time of the desired race.  Wagering is offered until the last race at the last available track each evening.

Which wagering pools are available to bet?

You are offered the full compliment of wagers that you would otherwise have available if you were on course at the race track.

What are the minimum and maximum amounts that I can wager?

Wagers can be made anywhere from $0.10 to $2,500 per bet depending upon the track and the pool that you are playing.

How are my wagers placed into the track pools?

All wagers placed through link2bet are processed through our hub in Hunt Valley, Maryland and then commingled directly into track pools.

Can I cancel my wager?

It is the link2bet policy to allow customers to cancel up to (5) five wagers in one day and (25) twenty-five wagers or an aggregate of $2,500 in any month period.  This may be done by calling our customer service line at 888-535-6786.

Are full track odds paid to the winners?

Yes, link2bet pays full track odds.

How do I collect my winnings?

Winnings will be automatically credited to your link2bet account once the race is declared official and the results are posted by the track.

What happens if my account application has an error or it will not work?

If there is an error on any part of your application form or if you have missed one of the required fields, then the field that requires your attention will be highlighted in red.  Most of the issues can be dealt with by carefully reading over the form and checking for errors prior to submitting the information.

What if my application is denied?

What if my state is not listed on the application form?

While we accept accounts from most states, there are however a few exceptions to the rule;
